We wrote about last year’s edition and this one promises to be equally delectable especially as festivals go within Paris, a rarity. If clubbing is not your thing, you should really make an exception for this outdoor island 4-day fest. The surreal setting provides an incredibly striking backdrop to the 100 odd DJ’s who will be holding fort on the decks this year. Amongst the greatest of the great; M.A.N.D.Y, Dubfire, Solomun, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Matthias Tanzman, Nicone & Sascha Braemer, Matador, et Kollektiv Turmstrasse will perform amidst the extravagantly dressed frolicking fauna and alongside an additionally impressive line –up that’s too lengthy to mention here. An enormous attention to detail has been garnered regarding the decor for this year’s event with 3d Mapping and additional shows that promise to be top notch. This of course is in addition to the waterfalls and luxuriant « land scape » that one can expect from an island setting. The only wild life you’ll see here is of the 2-legged kind. But then again, you just might catch a few cheetahs trying to sneak in through the fence.
